Job Description & Responsibilities

Have a passionate vision to work with Youth and to lead and develop a balanced educational program with worship, outreach, fellowship and discipleship. Promote the Gospel and assist in the Spiritual growth with Youth. Lead the Youth in Praise and Worship and help out weekly and seasonal programs of Bible teaching and Evangelism. Assist the Senior Pastor in the general ministry of the church. Work closely with Director of Christian Education to promote and lead the Youth program.

Demonstrate a mature faith in Christ. Strong Christian character that demonstrates a close relationship with God through prayer, worship and personal devotion. Christ like attitude, possess a love and respect for young people. Comfortable sharing the Christian faith with both Christians and non believers. Be willing to commit the necessary time. High energy, enthusiastic, self starter and visionary.
